Group General Manager
Chris leads the Alcyone Group and oversees the strategic management of its residential portfolio.
With over 25 years’ experience across strata, residential and accommodation property management, Chris has managed and overseen residential communities across Australia.
At Lagoon Main Beach, Chris provides strategic oversight of the building management program and leasing strategy, ensuring the asset is operated with a disciplined, asset-first approach.
Brenton Flynn
Group Operations Manager
Brenton leads the day-to-day operational management of Lagoon Main Beach.
His experience spans both building operations and residential property management, providing a comprehensive understanding of how presentation, maintenance and leasing must operate together within a residential community.
At Lagoon Main Beach, Brenton oversees:
- Building operations and presentation
- Preventative maintenance and contractor coordination
- Residential leasing and tenant management
- Owner communication and operational reporting
His role ensures that operational standards, maintenance programs and leasing outcomes are aligned across the building.
Leasing Manager
Leasing & Portfolio Performance
Responsible for leasing performance, enquiry conversion and occupancy outcomes across the building.
This includes inspections, application management and maintaining leasing momentum from initial release.
Assistant Property Manager
Leasing & Resident Support
Supports leasing operations and resident services, including application processing, tenant communication and day-to-day enquiries.
Ensures a consistent and responsive experience for both applicants and residents.
Facilities Manager
Building Operations & Maintenance
Responsible for building operations, maintenance coordination and contractor management.
Ensures the property is maintained to a high standard and operates efficiently on a daily basis.
